Fashion Night Out moves to Manchester on Thursday, 10 October.
The glamour, the models, the designers and all the finest shops & restaurants, museums & galleries signed up to be part of the first Fashion Night Out in Manchester.
You will see Vogue partnering with local designers and retailers. More than 100 shops, bars and restaurants have signed up and will be open into the night. It will be a celebration with style! Highlights include personalized fashion illustrations by Clym Evernden for customers at Hugo Boss; a ‘British Warm’ party at Crombie, where guests will be styled and photographed in the famed Crombie Coat; a live photo shoot in the store window of H&M; a high street A/W fashion show within Manchester Arndale.
(Manchester Gallery of Costume will examine the influential career of Christian Dior, featuring outfits from London and Paris couture, and an early creation by a young Yves Saint Laurent in lilac silk. The exhibition, Designer in Focus: Christian Dior, will run until 12 January 2014. )
Also don’t miss ‘Vogue Eats’ a special pop up on King Street during the night which will be feeding hungry shoppers. There are 6 pop ups confirmed so far: Hotel Chocolate and Hey Little Cupcake will be there with a sweet tooth, The Fresh Lemonade Company will be quenching thirsts, Margo and Rita will be serving up Mexican food, Carluccio’s will be offering Italian food, and Streatza also will be selling pizzas. So there will be a lot of food and entertaining for this stylish night.As well special offers, promotions and product launches, there’ll also be champagne, canapes, in-store DJs, pampering stations and spa treatments too. The first 100 customers will receive a FNO goody bag packed with fashion and beauty treats.
