Having the oportunity to experience London Fashion Week firsthand is one of the most exciting times of the year. Unfortunatelly, you might not have the luck to have a ticket in your hands.
Happily, the British Fashion Council has organised some very stylish events along with a number of London locations, that are open to the public as well.
During the London Fashion Week 2016, you will have the chance to enjoy amazing – and free – fashion exhibitions, London Fashion Week – themed cocktails at some of the best hotels in London.

Haute-Tea at the Hyatt Regency London
Haute-Tea is the Montagu at the Hyatt’s brand new haute-couture afternoon tea. It pays tribute to some of the most influential superstars through an exquisite selection of sweet and savoury treats.
‘Haute-Tea’ is available daily at The Montagu, 1pm-5:30pm Monday to Friday, and 3:30pm-5:30pm on Saturday and Sunday priced from £38 per person or £47 per person.
London Fashion Weekend
This season Emilia Wickstead, Holly Fulton, Mary Katrantzou and Temperley London will present their SS16 collections. Alongside shopping opportunities from over 150 brands there will also be a talk series featuring fashion designers Charlotte Dellal of Charlotte Olympia, Emilia Wickstead, Katharine Hamnett, Nicholas Kirkwood and Pam Hogg; celebrity stylist William Baker; singer-songwriter and record producer, Róisín Murphy; and founder of Premier Models, Carole White.
Vogue 100: A Century of Style at the National Portrait Gallery
The exhibition organised as part of British Vogue’s centenary celebrations showcases an incredible range photography commissioned by the magazine since it was founded in 1916.
More than 280 prints from Condé Nast archive and international collections are going to be shown together for the very first time since 11 February until 22nd of May.
Fashion-themed cocktails at the May Fair Hotel
The official hotel of London Fashion Week – The May Fair Hotel – has designed a ‘London Fashion Week Streets of Style’ cocktail menu. Each cocktail is inspired from the most talented British designers based in the Mayfair area.
Fashion Utopias at Somerset House
Throughout the London Fashion Week 2016, emerging fashion designers from 24 countries will be showcased in an exhibition open to public entitled ‘Fashion Utopias’ at Somerset House.
