Four years ago when the nu:group was founded, Richard Sadler (Managing Director) and Nick Jeffries (Senior Partner) brought their distinctive design and build expertise to the development of luxury residences for high profile individuals acquiring property in London.
Specialising in luxury architectural and interior design for a spectrum of high-end residential clients, the nu:interiors design studio was established by ex Candy & Candy designer Elizabeth Cook.
In this October rainy Monday in London, we had the oportunity to meet Elizabeth Cook (Design Director), Kamile Sulinskaite (the most recent Interior Designer of the company) and Chane Scallan (Office Manager).They took us through her fabulous residential projects all across the city. Elizabeth has been a highly sought after designer and the nu:group are thrilled to have her on board.
The studio has already completed an expansive collection of high-end interior design projects, working on multiple levels, bringing together immaculate finishes. One of those projects is the follwoing 22 Tite Street, Chelsea, London SW3 residential project.
The staircase in Crema Marfil marble with a bespoke bronze balustrade, with high gloss handrail.
Once you enter via the reception’s double doors you can see an inset bronze edge detailing, centred on a feature marble fireplace. A dark chevron flooring wit central coffer and crystal chandelier.
The fabulous dining room feature dyed silk chinoiserie wallpaper, central crystal chandelier and a highly detailed fitted wine display in a high gloss Wenge with bronze detailing.
Bulthaup kitchen in the latest metallic finish, double island in Maron Imperial and bespoke dark timber with inset bronze feature to the island. Fitted plasma joinery in a dark timber with inset bronze detailing, banquet seating and bronze handle detailed drawers wrapped in leather.
In the Media Room, the luxury silk wallpaper with central coffer finished in a specialist polished plaster with a bronze chandelier does the honors to the plasma which is set within a large joinery unit, with feature lit artwork niches with bronze edging. The bar joinery is finished in a timber with bronze and inset leather panels, focused around a central feature bar in glass, mirror and Maron Imperial.
Master bedroom is fitted feature headboard in a deep champagne silk set within a Ziricote timber frame with polished nickel edging detail. This leads onto a dressing room with leather inset within polished nickel and mother of pearl handles. The dressing table has an inset leather top, with full height mirror and wall lights.
The master bathroom en suite is fully finished in marble, with Calacatta Oro to walls and floor, with a feature marble herringbone floor set within a dark St Laurent marble border. The master vanity has his and hers basin, made completely from marble with elegant glass sanitary ware. The vanity drawers are finished in a high gloss Ziricote, with elegant polished nickel handles.
The guest en suites are individually designed to enhance the different design intents of the bedrooms. Each en suite is finished in a marble, with a feature bookmatched Arabescato, horizontal veined Hermes and a deep maroon matched with a St Laurent. All en suites have a bespoke fitted vanity unit.
All guest bedrooms with bespoke fitted wardrobes, all individually designed using luxury timber finishes and leather, to create unique feel to each room.
The gym is a contemporary work-out space with bevelled floor to ceiling mirrors, with feature vertical niche lighting. Fitted joinery with large amounts of storage and towel display.
