This Christmas market opens at 11 am every day. The Southbank Centre’s annual winter market is filled with fondue, igloos, fire pits, fairy lights, mulled wine, and everything you might want. The entry is free and here you can pick up a plate of the best street food, like Asian, Indian, and Greek food.

Clapham’s Winterville is free with an advanced ticket or event and on Tuesdays; otherwise, it costs from £2. We you will find live djs, musical bingo, magicians, Mexican wrestling, and a Xmas show on a double decker bus. And there’s more! Outdoor ice skating, food courtesy of Street Feast, a Backyard Cinema maze, Roller Disco and even crazy golf.
At Winter Wonderland you’ll find over 200 fairy-lit Bavarian style wooden chalets offering up jewelry, accessories, crafts, clothing, traditional Christmas decorations and more. The atmosphere will have you buying your family, friends and even yourself lots of special treats for Christmas.
The whole town of Kingston transforms over Christmas as the market spreads throughout the Ancient Market Place and through surrounding pedestrian streets. Each year Kingston upon Thames undergoes a kitsch makeover, with over 50 stalls in wooden chalets and a big heated marquee taking over the market place.
Christmas in Leicester Square will see the central gardens transformed into a festive pop-up market with more than 25 stalls, plus an exhilarating line up of shows all performed in a beautiful 1920s Belgian Spiegeltent, including The Burlesque Carol Concert and a one-off Christmas show by cabaret comedy legends Frisky and Mannish. Entry is free.
Head to Camden Market’s North Yard for a festive edition of the famous retail space. With a new theme each week, the market will feature a host of unique gift ideas, along with live music, mulled wine and festive foods.
For a British festive feast this Christmas, head down to London’s Farmers Markets. These markets have been going since 1999 and certainly, do not disappoint.
