Patricia Urquiola is one of the worlds most renowned architects. Originally from Spain and having been based in both Italy and France, Patricia’s experience has made her one of the most talented architects and interior designs. The Lodha Group Lincoln Square residential complex is her first London Interior Design Residential project.

The Lodha Group Lincoln Square residential complex is located next to the Holborn Court of Justice and some of Londons’ most prestigious colleges and will open in 2018.
Up until today Patricia has focused on hospitality and commercial projects with the utmost success and she is now moving into the residential sector with the hope of translating her style and elegance into a more ‘homely’ atmosphere and space.
This London Interior Design project finds itself in the ten storey Lincoln Square complex building which was designed by the PLP Architecture studio. The building also boasts two basement levels.
Patricia’s London interior design project includes two penthouses, studio apartments and two to four bedroom apartments.
The complex will also contain a Club where residents can socialise and relax as well as Library areas for some quiet down time.
Patricia’s London interior design project also includes a cozy and beautiful cinema room. Her style is a mix of contemporary lighting and modern sofas to reflect the urban vibe of the bustling city.
The luxury London interior design project doesn’t stop there. With a whopping 25m long pool located in the buildings ‘wellness area’ residents can also benefit from hydro-massage and treatment rooms. Patricia Urquiola has perfectly made this space a luxurious relaxing oasis.
