The Langham Hotel London is hallmark in hospitality for 150 years, has once again raised the bar on baronial accommodations with an over-the-top renovation that included the debut of the Langham Club.
Langham Hotel in London was opened in 1865 by the Prince Wales and a reference of the city’s well-heeled West End, the hotel now embodies elegance and exclusivity more than ever with the addition of its new amenities.
A Langham Club is a refined retreat encompasses two floors of the hotel and rolls out the royal treatment with customized check-in, dining and cocktail selections from the hotel’s own Roux at the Landau restaurant and Artesian bar, and afternoon tea service from Palm Court—all within a rarified atmosphere shared by a maximum of 72 guests. Along with an expansive fireplace lounge, the club’s top-tier trappings consist of the Writer’s Corner, replete with a carefully curated library, and the Loft with dedicated space for meetings, screenings, and special events.
Access to the Langham Hotel London’s Langham Club is complimentary for those staying in one of the hotel’s Club rooms (starting at about $662 per night) or available for approximately $110 extra per person, per day, if staying in a Grand room (starting at about $466 per night).
In addition to the Langham Club, the renovation also added the opulent, 4,844-square-foot Sterling Suite, one of the largest suites in London. Accessible by private lift, the six-bedroom sanctuary comprises its own dedicated lobby; a drawing room with a fireplace, butler’s bar, and dual-tone piano; a dining room; and a theater lounge.
The master bedroom includes its own living room, en suite bathroom, and dressing room.
Along with two other primary bedrooms with similar layouts, another three deluxe rooms and an anteroom complete the sumptuous sleeping arrangements.
