The 2018 London Design Biennale is devoted to the theme, Emotional States. This year, the main theme to be discussed are going to be related to sustainability, migration, pollution, energy, cities, and social equality.

A diverse group of countries are confirmed as participants:
Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada,China, Colombia, Dundee, Egypt, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Israel, Italy, Kenya, Latvia, Lebanon, Leeds, Liverpool, Mongolia, Qatar, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Puerto Rico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, Vietnam, UAE, UK and USA.
Together these countries will investigate the importance of design, strong emotional responses and real social needs and the relationship between them.
The London Design Biennale International Advisory Committee and Jury are composed of leading creative experts.
