Today we are going to explain to you why The Cadogan Hotel, situated near Sloane Square in the heart of Chelsea, is so worth a visit. Even if you don’t want to spend a night in this dazzling hotel design, you should at least go there for a fantastic and delicious meal. Scroll down and let’s find out everything you need to know!
11 Cadogan Gardens is located between ritzy Knightsbridge, quietly wealthy South Kensington and Sloane Square. The atmosphere of this unique hotel evokes the sophistication and elegance of its location and has a contemporary look that features a grand portico entrance, oak-panelled walls, wingback chairs and low chandeliers.
“The world’s top brands and fashion powerhouses such as Prada, Chanel, Tiffany’s and Hermes, as well as Harvey Nichols and Harrods are a short stroll for guests exiting 11 Cadogan Gardens onto Sloane Street.”
This wonderful hotel offers 56 guestrooms and suites that each one of them has unique features. On the lower floors, you will find the Superior Double Room that has a pattern-heavy, feminine look, while Deluxe Doubles offer more space and garden or street views. The spacious suites can accommodate families, with large sitting areas in Junior Suites and completely separate living rooms in the One Bedroom Suites.
One of our favourite things about the Cadogan Hotel is the impressive selection of English wines and classic British dishes that they offer… and you have four options if you want to dine there! First of all, you have the Han’s Bar & Grill, the perfect place to relax into Sunday brunch. Secondly, The Chelsea Bar, that is unashamedly moody and seductive, with a dramatic colour palette of gold and charcoal. Then, of course, you have Afternoon Tea, the epitome of the 11 Cadogan Gardens guest experience; and finally The Private Dining that is perfect for intimate dinners to larger cocktail and canapé receptions.
The Cadogan Hotel has also equipped gym, but you can also go for a walk since the hotel is near the Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and the museums of South Kensington. If you are in the mood to go shopping, the King’s Road, Harrods and Harvey Nichols are all nearby.
Finally, the 11 Cadogan Gardens features an extensive library with a number of historic and antique books, some of which date back to the mid-19th century. Definitely our favourite detail of this fascinating place!
