The space showcases the vibrant spirit of the West Indies and holds a hidden cellar housing over 100 varieties of rum; the Caribbean liquor infuses every inch of The Rum Kitchen in London’s Notting Hill. It was a natural progression for rum appreciation to come to the fore at some point, with whisky aficionados carrying a bit of a stuffy image, and vodka still struggling to shake off associations with early morning council estate binge-drinkers.
